2026 MBSAQIP® MBSCR Certification Exam Remediation Meeting Acknowledgment

The Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program® (MBSAQIP®) requires eligible Metabolic and Bariatric Surgical Clinical Reviewers (MBSCRs) to successfully complete all assigned remediation requirements to maintain active registry access and demonstrate continued competency in MBSAQIP program standards and data integrity practices.

This acknowledgment is intended for MBSCRs who were required to attend an additional remediation meeting with MBSAQIP Clinical Support following the 2026 MBSCR Certification Exam remediation process.

By completing the acknowledgment question, the MBSCR confirms that they attended the required meeting with Clinical Support and completed the assigned remediation requirement.
