AJCC Curriculum for Registrars - Module III Intermediate

Before you start, you will need the AJCC (7) staging book colon and lung chapters.  Module III Intermediate covering lessons 15 through 20. Each module builds upon the information and knowledge shared in the previous module.  The pre and post quiz results will be kept confidential and only used in aggregated or as de-idenified data.

Once you have completed this module.  You will be able to print your certificate of completion and claim your 2 CE hours for NCRA Program #2015-020.

Donna M. Gress, RHIT, CTR is the Technical Specialist for the American Joint Committee on Cancer in Chicago, Illinois.  Technical Editor of the AJCC Cancer Staging Manual 8th Edition and lead author of the manual’s Chapter 1 “Principles of Cancer Staging.”

An active member of Health Information Management and Cancer Registry professions, and held many offices and chairs. A Past President of the National Cancer Registrars Association (NCRA), received the NCRA Distinguished Member Award, and NCRA Educational Achievement Awards.  Co-authored the AHIMA/NCRA Cancer Registry Management classes and an editor of Cancer Registry Management Principles and Practice Third Edition textbook.  Her work experience includes that of an RHIT in the Health Information Management field and over thirty-eight years in the Cancer Registry field, with twenty-seven of those years in hospital Cancer Registries.
